Privacy Policy

SprintSix is an independent tool built and run by Adrian Martén. You can reach me at adrian@adrianmarten.net with any question about your data.

• Your account. Email address and sign-in details, or the basic profile returned by Google if you sign in that way.
• Your intake answers. The name you give, your role, your focus area and the challenge you describe.
• Your plans and work. Generated six-week plans, weekly objectives, artifact drafts and their earlier versions, and weekly check-ins.
• Your coach conversations. The questions you ask the AI coach and the answers it gives, so the thread carries on where you left it.

We do not ask for payment details, and SprintSix has no advertising.

Accounts, plans, check-ins and coach threads are stored in a managed database and authentication service (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase). Access is restricted per account: database rules mean your rows are readable only by you.

When you generate a plan or ask the coach a question, the relevant context (your intake, your current plan and recent messages in the thread) is sent to a large language model through an AI gateway so it can produce a response. It is sent to answer your request, not to advertise to you.

SprintSix uses cookies and local browser storage only to keep you signed in and to remember an intake you started before signing in. Basic, aggregated usage analytics may be collected by the hosting platform to keep the site healthy. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Your content stays until you remove it or ask for your account to be deleted. Email adrian@adrianmarten.net and your account and everything attached to it will be deleted. You can also ask for a copy of what is stored about you.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
